About Steve

I grew up in Texas loving sports, and participated in Football, Basketball, Hockey, Soccer and Bowling from Elementary to High School. I am also a certified Scuba Diver, which I love to take pictures of the Puget Sound marine life. I have 15 years’ experience in rehab sports massage therapist which instilled a passion for fitness and overall wellness that I live by every day.

My love for coaching hockey showed me that there is an athlete in everyone no matter what their experience level is. All you have to do is work hard stay, focused on your goals and above all never forget to have fun! ​​
