CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BARRE

A low impact workout that is a combination of ballet inspired moves with elements of pilates, dance & strength training! BarreXpress is exactly the same just shorter duration!

CIRCUIT

Cardio & strength class that targets muscle groups using bars, hand weights & more, with little to no rest between workouts!

HIGH FITNESS

A fast paced class combining aerobics & anaerobic training, complemented by active recovery tracks

TABATA

Hardcore interval style workouts with 20 seconds of push it to the limit followed by 10 seconds of rest!

YO

Yoga-inspired Deep stretching format, choreographed to the beat of the music. Adaptable to all levels. YO will quickly become a stretching class that you can’t live without!

BOOTY BOOTCAMP

An intense but lower impact workout with glute focused moves & isolation exercises!

(booty blast is a shorter version of this class)

Functional Fit

Functional Fit is a full-body workout that'll help you move better in your everyday life. It's low-impact, so it's perfect for everyone, and we mix strength training, core work, balance and mobility exercises.

PUMPED UP STRENGTH

Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rythmic progression, creating dynamic upper & lower body workout set to fun music!

TONING

Put extra emphasis on sculpting specific muscle groups by, mixing light weights & great music!

CARDIO DANCE

Easy to follow moves plus a wide genre of music makes this class perfect for everybody ready to sculpt thier bodies!

GROUP INTERVALS

A fast paced, heart pumping full body strength & cardio class where you'll train in HIIT or tabata style workouts for scorching results!

RISE & GRIND

A circuit & or interval style workout that will energize you early birds for the rest of the day.

WerkHIIT

Motivated by music, WerkHIIT is a dynamic 3-part Group fitness workout that combines cardio, strength, training, and mat work all in one powerful session!

YOGA

A fitness based approach to vinyasa style flow. Build strength, flexability & concentration while cleansing the body & calming the mind!
